Kelvin Hart presents a clear guideline on how to be ready for an interview. In this article, he points out key aspects that portray readiness for the job interview. Some key pointers that he presents can be of great help when assisting a job applicant to get ready for an interview. The points highlighted are clear, short, and straight to the point. For example, being smart, hardworking and a team player are some of the common aspects that interviewers are interested in interviewees. This interview guide points out some of the critical areas to keenly observe when an individual goes for an interview. For example, observing punctuality and appropriate dressing code as well as the way the interviewee should behave. In my opinion, this article by Hart (2016) is an ideal must-have for anyone in the job-seeking process because it contains all the basics required to pass a job interview.
